@00:09when I first wanted to animate I found it hard myself. so I just left it in a corner for a few years. then I started again. but the real reason why I abandoned in the first place was because I didn't have a light table. but after a while I rediscovered a laptop support that was made out of a transparent plastic, I just added some light underneath it and started animating. It was very hard to animate like that at first, but I got used to it. now I managed to buy a light table and the work goes a lot easier.
if you really want to animate just persevere and keep trying. if you don't know what to animate you could try and 'copy' a few scenes from animated movies. it helps

keep practicing and in no time at all everything will seem extremely easy
